For us – it is important to do certain things.  We strive to operate a good business, we strive to serve great food and to continually improve on our service so our customers are more than satisfied. 

We also feel it is important to be enivronmentally responsible:

• We recycle glass, aluminum, plastic, cardboard and paper. 
• We compost vegetable scraps and napkins to support the Victory Garden Initiative.
• We recycle our fryer oil into bio diesel.
• We source vegetables from local farmers in the summertime.
