We are an urban restaurant and lounge focusing on Asian cuisine of the Thua Thien - Hue Province in central Vietnam. (pron: Hway)

Central Vietnam is home to some of the country's most elegant and complex cuisines.  Once the royal capital of Vietnam, the city of Hue and its nearby hills are recognized for its spicy, ornate, and often labor-intensive mix of flavors.  Often known only to natives of Vietnam, the exquisite flavors of the traditional dishes from this region are not typically found anywhere else. 

We realize that ethnic restaurants can sometimes be intimidating if you are not already familiar with the spices and preparation methods of that culture.  So whether this is your first experience or you are familiar with Vietnamese cuisine, our concept is to promote and introduce the herbs, spices, and fragrant aromas of dishes from Central Vietnam in a friendly and modern environment.  We are proud to introduce to you the richness of Vietnamese culture through the many traditional dishes my immigrant mother still prepares at home.
